The National Museum of Natural History and the National Air and Space Museum will be open today, Tuesday, February 9, at 10 a.m. All other Smithsonian Museums in the Washington, D.C. metro area, including the National Zoo and the Udvar-Hazy Center, will be closed on Tuesday, February 9, 2010.

Free Admission
Admission is free for all Smithsonian museums and the zoo in Washington, D.C., and the American Indian Museum's Heye Center in New York. Tickets are not used for general admission.
A fee is required at the Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum in New York (Members and children under age 12 are admitted free).
Hours
Most museums are open seven days a week from 10am to 5:30pm, except December 25.
