To introduce and discuss the film are actor Tatsuya Nakadai and author Teruyo Nogami, two icons of Japanese cinema, with Japanese film specialist Michael Jeck hosting the program. Following the screening, Nogami, who was a script supervisor for Kurosawa, signs copies of her book Waiting on the Weather: Making Movies with Akira Kurosawa.
